By booking a tour with My Holidays and Trips, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
All bookings must be made with valid personal details.
A minimum deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
Full payment must be made before the departure date. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation without refund.
Tour prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Package cost includes services mentioned in the itinerary (accommodation, transport, meals, etc.).
Any additional expenses (meals not included, personal shopping, tips, etc.) will be borne by the customer.
Prices may change due to fluctuations in airfare, taxes, or currency exchange rates.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Certain bookings (like flight tickets, visas, and non-refundable hotel reservations) may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, permits, etc.).
My Holidays and Trips is not responsible for denial of entry, visa rejection, or loss of documents.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all customers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
Special medical conditions must be informed to us at the time of booking.
We are not liable for any medical emergencies, though assistance will be provided wherever possible.
The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, flight delays, etc.).
Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided wherever possible.
My Holidays and Trips acts only as a tour planner and is not responsible for services provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels, or transport operators.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused during the trip.
Customers are responsible for their belongings at all times.
Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
Any unlawful or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Aligarh (U.P), India courts only.
